All products sold are returnable only if they are considered "DOA" (Dead on Arrival).
At our sole discretion, we will determine if the item in question is in fact DOA and if so, issue a call tag to have the item picked up and we will replace the item with a new one of the same item upon receipt.
For cross shipments, payment must be secured via credit card in advance.
In all cases, the warranty of the product is the responsibility of the product manufacturer, not pos-Q.com.
All claims must be made within 48 hours of receipt of goods. No Refunds. All Sales Final.
